Hey all!

I'll return with comics on January 18th.
Explanation below, for those of you who would like one.

It's been a while since I last updated here, mostly because I haven't had much to share, and it feels silly to be excusing my absence every time I do write something.
That said 2012 came with a few changes for me, regarding life, work and most of everything else.

Most notably work; I have a part-time job in order to pay rent and such (rather than fretting over this every month due to working as a freelance artist), and this job is in the process of moving.
Which is a complete and utter chaos.
How chaotic?
As I came to work the first day of the year (well, technically the second) it turns out they don't have any work for me. At all. So I start looking for work, thinking it would have been nice of them to tell me this a little sooner. Then they suddenly do have work for me; the (new) boss has transferred me to the other shop (without notifying me). No big deal, except nobody told me this until the very day I was supposed to be there. I feel they could at least tell me what is going on. Or send me my workhours a day before I'm supposed to start? Maybe I'm high maintenance, but knowing I'm supposed to be there would make it a bit easier to turn up for work on time.
That, and I suddenly have to travel 1,5 hours by bus each way. That makes 3 hours in total. Which steals a lot of time I'd rather be doing something else.
So I've started looking for work elsewhere, and am even considering buying a car in order to cut down on travel-time. Whichever happens first, I suppose.
This steals a lot of time from comics and art, but hopefully things will be sorted out pretty soon. And I've managed to cramp in a few hours of sketching, so I feel confident that I'll be able to return to updating this Wednesday.
Other than that there really isn't much to tell.
